SUM PAK^® Single-Use Mixer Pak^®

SUM PAK is a convenient, single-use, flexible-film package designed to store, mix and dispense small, pre-measured doses of two-component materials. Materials up to 2 million cps in viscosity flow through the SUM PAK's flexible-film static mixer to provide molecular mixing and good product yield. Epoxies, silicones, acrylics, urethanes, and liquids or pastes meeting that specification can be filled into the SUM PAK. Other possibilities include two-component foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and personal products such as two-part toothpastes, shampoo/conditioners and hair dyes.

PSI uses the SUM PAK for Smart Glue, a two-component epoxy gel. Smart Glue SUM PAKs can be easily stored in a toolbox or utility drawer. Use of the SUM PAK ensures complete, no-mess mixing and dispensing of job-size quantities for "on-the-spot" applications.

How to use:

1. Tear or cut off package tip.

2. Place pen or pencil on bottom edge and push to squeeze contents through burstable seal.

3. Push with firm pressure to move all the material through the mixing holes up to the tip for dispensing.
